At Youngshoulder, we want you to enjoy every cup of our herbal tea blends. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may return or exchange Chamomile Twilight Blend, Peppermint Grove Loose Leaf, Rose Hibiscus Ritual Mix, and other products purchased through youngshoulder.world.

Return Eligibility

Unopened, sealed herbal tea pouches in their original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price, excluding original shipping charges. Opened products cannot be accepted for return due to food safety regulations, except as described under defective or damaged items below.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as an order confirmation email or receipt number.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs at our discretion. Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Report missing items from your shipment within five days of the carrier-marked delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping provider promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our team through reach-us.html with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake or a confirmed product defect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange one unopened blend for another of equal value, indicate your preference when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences for higher-value blends require additional payment before the exchange ships.

Subscriptions

Monthly herbal tea subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle through our contact form. Canceled subscriptions do not entitle you to return products already shipped for that billing period unless they meet standard return eligibility criteria.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders for cafes and retailers are subject to separate contractual terms. Return conditions for wholesale accounts are outlined in the applicable purchase agreement and may differ from consumer policies described here.

Quality Commitment

We batch-test every blend for aroma, color, and moisture content before packing. If you experience quality concerns with a properly stored, unexpired product, contact us with batch details printed on your pouch. We take product integrity seriously and will work to resolve legitimate concerns.
